Always buy these low for map chicken stock cubes in bulk. Like most people with ibs I have to avoid onion and garlic, which are in 99% of supermarket stock cubes. These are ideal for adding flavour to stews, soups and casseroles. Also make my own gravy, divide into smaller portions and then freeze. Wouldn't be without them, if I'm honest.
