Massel 7's are the go-to brand for Low FODMAP stock cubes. This pack of 7 vegan "beef style" cubes also comes in delicious vegetable or vegan "chicken style". All Massel products are plant-based, certified Low FODMAP by Monash University, and certified kosher pareve by Kosher Australia.
To prepare, dissolve 1 cube in 1 cup or 250ml of hot water for a delicious consomme, use 1 cube to flavour your 2 minute noodles, or crumble a cube in the pot while cooking to add depth and flavour to your dish.
